the air conditioning wasn't working well. it felt very humid inside the room. i also noticed a lack of cups. i was thirsty but there were no glasses to drink from in the room.

my room was very clean. the bed had a comfortable mattress. the location was convenient, within walking distance of the train station. there was an italian restaurant located just across from the building.
the blanket was a little small (for a big man). there was also just one small pillow for each person. i would have liked a larger blanket and an extra pillow.

I found the room colour scheme charming and vibrant. The bed offered great comfort, and the room remained quiet. The prices at the bar were pleasing, and I was able to unwind without concern for overspending.
Closing the door required excessive force, a situation that also impacted the locking process. A guest entered my room late one night due to a card issue affecting a room above me. This incident reminded me of a significant breach of privacy, causing considerable unease.

my tv channels didn't work, the room wasnt as clean as i expected, and the towels had stains. there were no glasses in the bathroom. there was also no recognition of me, a repeat guest.
